Understanding Communication Between The Legal Team

In each case, one attorney will take the lead, usually one of our partners and sometimes an associate attorney, depending on the matter. The case leadership is established before the client, and various staff members are brought together for the casework. The client will see the team approach at the outset of each case and will be introduced to all team members working on the case at Talley, Turner, Stice & Bertman.

As work begins in the representation, we use primarily email-based group communications that are not separately billed to the client. We believe that the lawyers in any case that are driving communications with the client, opposing lawyers and the Court are the most successful for the client. This team communication approach promotes transparency and instills trust because the client sees the work being performed and knows what service they are receiving for their payment.

In addition to watching the work as it is performed and always being heard by the Talley, Turner, Stice & Bertman team, all clients are our priority, and we are ALWAYS open to them for in-person appointments and phone calls. We strive to return calls promptly and set appointments as quickly as they can be scheduled. We understand that you may need us n-person to deal with the emotion or stress of the case, to work out further strategies, and, of course, to prepare for your court appearances. Our door is always open to you, and we never are hard to locate or talk to, even if we have tough news or advice to deliver.
